Life Seeds India: So Grateful For Your Prayers and Tangible Love Summer 2023

Relief Distribution in 3 Manipur Refugee Camps

(Life Seeds sent relief funds for Manipur victims with a Pastor’s Team from Andhra Pradesh. They traveled to a Christian Center in Assam that was helping those fleeing the persecution. By God’s grace, the team was able to purchase groceries, book a mini Lorry, and 7 seater Bolero to deliver food into 3 relief camps in Manipur).

*YOU CAN BREAK OUR CHURCH BUILDING BUT NOT OUR SPIRITS* – SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE ON THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY/ROAD Tribal – Kuki Women’s group praying for peace at Kangpokpi road, Manipur. God, please heal our land!

Jayan wrote: “Christians who ran away from Manipur worshiping the Lord. Praise God for their faith. Not only Manipur but throughout the country persecution is going on but still the church is strong and many are accepting the Lord and adding to the church. Praise God we appreciate your prayers and relief funds!”

Jayan wrote: (After Jayan’s heart procedure placing in 3 stints this summer) “Praise God, everything is perfectly fine. At my follow up appointment the doctor said everything is good. The doctor was so happy about the reports ( FBS 90 and BP 110/70) but said no long distance travel until Jan. 1st. Jyothi and Anusha have taken good care of me. I was able to attend a Christian Leader’s Meeting after the appointment and it was so good.”

Jayan wrote: “On our independence day, 15th August, we usually ask our children church members to bring their friends and share the gospel and a meal together with all our church members. Instead this year, we took our children to an orphanage home. Our children sang action songs, told Bible stories, and provided a nutritious dinner for the kids. The management was so happy and thankful. Also we took our children church to Yanadi Tribal Village where a mother died of alcohol addiction and the father also is alcohol addicted and wheel chair bound. He has 5 children ages 13 years to 5 months oĺd. It was heartbreaking to witness. We prayed for them and distributed cookies. We all felt we need to really care for them. Praise God our church children and youth were touched by this and were so grateful to God for giving them parents and needed things.”

Anusha, Jayan and Jyothi's Daughter

Anusha, Jayan and Jyothi’s Daughter

“Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her” Luke 1:45 NIV Anusha’s desire to be in Full Time Ministry is happening rapidly! She oversees the Youth Program at their church and just returned from North India where she filled in for her father, Jayan, until his doctor releases him Jan. 1st for long distance travel. Anusha ministered in Punjab, taught at the Bible School in Haryana, and brought Flood Relief funds to Himachal Pradesh.

Now Anusha has been asked to oversee a Tribal Youth Camp and Children’s Camp. The end of October she heads for Kenya to teach at a Youth Conference. Please pray for Anusha as God is leading her to share God’s love for people in Word and Deed, especially the youth.

Please pray for all those affected by flooding again this year in India and surrounding nations. The 27 pastors we help support have been involved in Flood Relief and so far all are ok. We just received their prayer and praise reports. Thank you for your prayers and support for them, God bless you! Please also pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
